Automatic linear chain coupling machine BKL-NG BKF-NG. The machine has been developed to couple together chains as cable, curb, venetian, tennis and others.
The chains can be welded in two or more rows in flat, round or square shape.
The machine can be equipped for laser welding (BKL NG) or for fl ame soldering (BKF NG) with material addition
Simple changing of wire size

The chains doesn’t need welding.

BKL-NG is provided of:
- multi language touch screen panel with machine controls and diagnostic alarms
- motorized chains feeders with tensioning system
- chain feeder step by step
- motorized winder with tensioning system for coupled chains
- laser connection
- laser welding unit (in option)
